Diseño de un manual enfocado al manejo de existencias para minimizar el deterior del productor basado en las normas internacionales de información financiera para pymes, para la empresa MAVICBEAUTYCARE S.A., ubicada en San Rafael, año 2023

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como alcance la elaboración de un manual sobre el manejo de existencias para minimizar el deterioro del producto basado en las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera para PYMES para la empresa MAVICBEAUTYCARE S.A. ubicada en San Rafael y para el año 2023. Mediante este documento se pretende establecer los lineamientos básicos sobre la gestión del inventario desde la etapa de adquisición y contabilización del mismo, hasta su despacho y costeo. Actualmente, la Compañía no dispone de un documento que plantee los lineamientos para que el área contable y logística se alineen y el inventario pueda ser tratado adecuadamente. Por otro lado, el valor en libros del rubro de inventarios no refleja la realidad financiera de los productos disponibles para la venta. Este rubro se encuentra sobrevalorado. En tal sentido, nuestro proyecto busca asegurar que el objeto social de la Compañía se vea asegurado y se cumpla, es decir, que la Compañía pueda comercializar los productos de belleza al público, de manera ordenada y sistemática para poder prolongar la continuidad del negocio mediante la generación de ganancias y disminución de pérdidas por el deterioro del inventario. La normativa financiera y legal que han sido las bases para la preparación de este documento son las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera, la Ley de Régimen Tributario Interno y el Reglamento a la Ley de Régimen Tributario Interno. The scope of this study is the development of a manual on stock management to minimize product deterioration based on the International Financial Reporting Standards for SMEs for the company MAVICBEAUTYCARE S.A. located in San Rafael and for the year 2023. This document is intended to establish the basic guidelines on inventory management from the acquisition and accounting stage of the same, to its dispatch and costing. Currently, the Company does not have a document that outlines the guidelines for the accounting and logistics areas to be aligned; thus the inventory can be adequately treated. On the other hand, the book value of the inventory item does not reflect the financial reality of the products available for sale. This item is overrated. In this sense, our project seeks to ensure that the Company's corporate purpose is ensured and fulfilled, that is, that the Company can market beauty products to the public, in an orderly and systematic manner in order to prolong the continuity of the business through the generation of profits and reduction of losses due to the deterioration of inventory. The financial and legal regulations that have been the basis for the preparation of this document are the International Financial Reporting Standards, the Internal Tax Regime Law and the Internal Tax Regime Law Regulations.
