Abstract

En el transcurso del tiempo, el deterioro de las capas pictóricas que recubren los paramentos, los cambios de propietario, las tendencias estilísticas imperantes, la evolución de la moda, los gustos, las preferencias sociales, y otras causas, han contribuido a la modificación, desaparición, transformación u ocultamiento de las terminaciones cromáticas aplicadas a los inmuebles del centro histórico en los distintos momentos históricos En la actualidad, el centro histórico de las ciudades se encuentra inmerso en un deterioro de su fondo provocado tanto por falta de mantenimiento de las edificaciones, como por la presencia de usos no compatibles, y las transformaciones desmedidas y sin control que la población genera por la falta de orientación y las necesidades de la época, esto trae consigo la pérdida de los valores patrimoniales urbanos y arquitectónicos de los diferentes contextos Mediante la investigación de este tema se pretende llegar a una análisis e identificar el uso del color en las viviendas patrimoniales en la calle Bolívar para poder reconocer la cromática que existe en las fachadas de estas viviendas, puesto que el color incide es diversos factores que generan aspectos negativos como es el desgaste cromático en las viviendas patrimoniales y sobre todo la perdida de la historia arquitectónica de Loja ya que al pasar el tiempo este llega a tener complicaciones en la imagen urbana y por ende que la actuación del color en la ciudad es fundamentar para estableces la identidad y la estructura de su imagen.
