Revisión documental de la atención prehospitalaria y su importancia en la salud publica ecuatoriana 2022

Abstract

Documento de revisión resultado del análisis de 55 textos aproximadamente, citado bajo las directrices de las normas APA 7ma edición, dirigido al entendimiento definitivo de la atención prehospitalaria2 (APH) como servicio fundamental en la cartera de bienes del sistema nacional de salud5 (SNS), por lo que recopila conceptos básicos que definen desde la salud hasta la definición del servicio de APH2 y su relación con el SNS5, apreciándolo, así como su “piedra angular”. Destaca nudos críticos en los procesos que se aplican actualmente y que motivarán a cuestionarse sobre el verdadero rol de los servicios de emergencias. Posiblemente la respuesta para reducir mucha de la problemática en salud pública1 ecuatoriana, que para sorpresa de quienes han dejado subasignado este servicio y para quienes desconocemos de él sería la correcta promoción y gestión de la APH2, por lo cual empezar por definir de mejor manera el servicio de APH2 en busca de la reestructuración de esta y su alineación a la reducción de riesgos3 en materia de salud pública1 sería prioritario. Document review resulting from the analysis of approximately 55 texts, cited under the guidelines of the APA standards 7th edition , directed to the definitive understanding of prehospital care2 (PHC) as a fundamental service in the portfolio of goods of the national health system5 (NHS), Therefore, it compiles basic concepts that define from health to the definition of the PHC2 service and its relationship with the NHS5, appreciating it, as well as its "cornerstone". It highlights critical knots in the processes that are currently applied and that will motivate us to question the true role of emergency services. Possibly the answer to reduce much of the problems in Ecuadorian public health1, which to the surprise of those who have left this service under-assigned and for those of us who do not know about it, would be the correct promotion and management of the APH2, for which we begin by better defining the APH2 service in search of its restructuring and its alignment to the reduction of risks3 in public health1 matters would be a priority.
