Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de carrera consiste en el diseño urbano-arquitectónico para la reubicación del actual cementerio del cantón el Pangui, según la percepción simbólica de la población, con el objetivo de cubrir la necesidad de inhumación hasta un horizonte de 25 años. El cementerio actual del cantón El Pangui se encuentra en deterioro, por ello se realiza un análisis comparativo con pautas que se basan en las normativas que rigen a los cementerios, mediante el cual se descarta el funcionamiento del actual cementerio del cantón y se inicia con la propuesta de un nuevo cementerio. En razón a ello el marco teórico se enriquece de conceptos e información necesaria para proyectar un cementerio, se analiza la evolución de los ritos funerarios dado que con el paso del tiempo estos han ido tomando significados diferentes, se determina los valores simbólicos que están en torno al concepto de la vida, la muerte y la memoria...The present final year Project consists of the urbanarchitectural design for the relocation of the current cemetery of El Pangui canton, according to the symbolic perception of the population, with the aim of covering the need for burial up to a horizon of 25 years.
