Abstract

Este proyecto de plan de negocios es el análisis del entorno de la empresa en la que se ha evaluado las diferentes fases para poder realizar esta idea de negocio, la misma que ha necesitado recursos que se han plasmado en su constitución. En este caso, el “Plan de negocio para la importación de prendas para bebes desde los Estados Unidos de América para la tienda “Cuna Luna” en la ciudad de Loja” pudimos identificar la necesidad de tener nuestra tienda física en la ciudad de Loja, para poder cubrir la demanda de nuestros clientes de nuestra tienda virtual Cuna Luna, esta necesidad la comprobamos por medio de una encuesta que fue realizada a las personas activas económicamente del cantón Loja, de donde obtuvimos información de suma importancia para poder realizar nuestro análisis Financiero donde nuestros flujos de caja obtuvieron valores positivos indicando, la viabilidad de este proyecto. Al finalizar podemos concluir que es un proyecto que recuperará su capital de inversión en 4 años, 4 meses y 6 días.
