Plan de negocios para el desarrollo de un aplicativo móvil para fletes internos a nivel nacional, enfocado en el mercado de transporte terrestre, adecuado a importadores y exportadores en el territorio ecuatoriano

Abstract

Nuestro país ha enfrentado un sin número de crisis económicas y financieras dentro de su extenso horizonte de sucesos. Una detrás de otra, han ido debilitando la economía de país, y la gran parte de sus efectos han recaído directamente en el pueblo, un pueblo que ha tenido que enfrentar fuertes olas de migración, desempleo, inflación de los índices de precios, pobreza y muchas más contrariedades. Sin embargo, a pesar de las ganas de progreso y superación que desprenden los ecuatorianos y ecuatorianas, no nos encontrábamos en condiciones de recibir una pandemia de inconcebible magnitud y todas sus repercusiones. La pandemia Covid 19 trajo consigo no solo muerte y destrucción, sino también condiciones deplorables de vida para sus sobrevivientes, quienes han tenido que enfrentarse a las circunstancias que las olas de esta enfermedad trajeron consigo. El cese de trabajos, los gastos incurridos no solo por las personas sino también por el estado, han dado cabida a que se busquen soluciones para mitigar el impacto económico presente en la sociedad. Un claro ejemplo y al que enfoco mi investigación es la focalización de los subsidios, en los cuales los precios de los combustibles se dispararon y para muchos miembros del mercado de transporte pesado en el país, los ingresos generados por viaje, no compensaban los costos que se incurren tanto en combustibles, como mantenimientos y demás... The covid 19 pandemic brought with it not only death and destruction, but also deplorable living conditions for its survivors, who have had to face the circumstances that the waves of this disease brought with them. The cessation of work, the expenses incurred not only by people but also by the state, have given rise to solutions being sought to mitigate the economic impact present on society. A clear example and the one I focus my investigation on is the redirection of subsidies, in which fuel prices skyrocketed and for many members of the transportation market in the country, the income generated per trip did not compensate for the costs incurred. like the cost of fuel, maintenance and others. These sudden economic movements meant that big transport cooperatives did not receive such a strong impact because, by maintaining their prices, many importers and exporters migrated to their client portfolio, while the smaller transport companies lost a lot of portfolio and preferred to keep their vehicles on the sidelines...
