Plan de Negocios para la Exportación de Snacks Saludables Derivados del Aguacate Ecuatoriano a Países Bajos

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con la finalidad de crear la empresa ECUAPALTA S.A. y la internacionalización de snacks saludables derivados del aguacate ecuatoriano hacia Países Bajos. Se tuvo como objetivo diseñar un plan de exportación completo, realizando un diagnóstico que permita conocer el estado actual del mercado objetivo y la comercialización retail de los productos del portafolio por medio de un análisis de consumo de alimentos saludables y la cultura en ese país; el cual nos condujo a la siguiente interrogante: ¿En qué medida la empresa ECUAPALTA S.A. podrá exportar snacks saludables a base de aguacate al mercado retail de Países Bajos, asegurando su rentabilidad económica?. This research was made for the creation of the company ECUAPALTA S.A. and the internationalization of healthy snacks derived from Ecuadorian avocado to the Netherlands. The objective was to design a complete export plan, making a diagnosis that allows knowing the current state of the target market and the retail marketing of the portfolio's products through an analysis of the consumption of healthy foods and the culture in this country; coming to the following question: ECUAPALTA S.A. will be able to export healthy avocado-based snacks to the retail market in the Netherlands, ensuring its economic profitability?.
