Implementación de un aplicativo para la planificación y control del trabajo hibrido en el BANCO PROCREDIT ECUADOR

Abstract

Se realizó el estudio de implementación de un aplicativo para la planificación y control del trabajo hibrido en el banco Procredit Ecuador con el propósito de ver la factibilidad de mercado, técnica y financiera de crear dicho aplicativo web que se una al intranet, en la que los colaboradores puedan interactuar de una manera más dinámica al ingresar solicitudes para realizar teletrabajo, y que estas sean dirigidas a su jefe inmediato quien podrá rechazarlas, aceptarlas o solicitar que sean modificadas las fechas en base a su planificación y a los lineamientos enviados por el departamento de Recursos Humanos. En la primera parte del trabajo se revisó el interés del grupo objetivo y la apertura para el ingreso en el mercado de la página web. Después se perfilo los requerimientos físicos, técnicos y humanos para el correcto desarrollo del proyecto; mediante la comparación con las experiencias que se han tenido en otras empresas.
