Intervención urbano-arquitectónica en el equipamiento comunitario del barrio Sauces Norte

Abstract

La atención prioritaria que se da a los equipamientos comunitarios en el centro urbano de la ciudad de Loja, ha generado que los barrios de la periferia de la ciudad queden desatendidos en lo que concierne al mantenimiento, mejora de equipamientos y espacios públicos. El presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo generar una propuesta de intervención urbano-arquitectónica en el equipamiento comunitario del sector Sauces Norte, con lo que se pretendió también que el área de estudio cuente con los equipamientos mínimos necesarios, tomando en cuenta los fundamentos históricos y teóricos, el análisis de la situación actual y las aspiraciones de los usuarios. La metodología empleada fue la de Percy Acuña Vigyl; para su desarrollo fue necesario un análisis de los antecedentes históricos/teóricos del área de influencia inmediata, del área específica de estudio y espacial urbano, esto para establecer lineamientos coherentes que generen relaciones óptimas entre el espacio de intervención y su entorno. Ello permitió satisfacer las necesidades de la población, procurando un desarrollo equilibrado entre sus actividades e interacciones, de manera que se fomente un crecimiento sociocultural, histórico, de servicios e infraestructura. The present project has as objective to generate a proposal for UrbanArchitectural intervention in the community equipment of the Sauces Norte sector, with what I know is also intended that the study area have the minimum necessary equipment, taking into account the historical and theoretical foundations, the analysis of the current situation and the aspirations of the users. The methodology used was that of Percy Acuña Vigyl, for its development an analysis of the historical / theoretical background, the area of immediate influence, the specific area of study and urban space was necessary; this to establish coherent guidelines that generate optimal relationships between the intervening space and its environment. This will allow meeting the needs of the population, seeking a balanced development between their activities and interactions, in a way that fosters social-cultural, historical, services and infrastructure growth.
