Propuesta de centro comunitario anexo a la iglesia “señor del cautivo” de la ciudad de Loja ubicado en el barrio Amable María

Abstract

Las comunidades tienden a enfrentar problemas existentes en su medio, donde la identidad colectiva del poblado se asocia a distintos rasgos culturales que predominan en el sector llegando a ser una conexión entre las personas del lugar formando un tejido social en la comunidad. La propuesta consiste en el desarrollo de un centro comunitario en el barrio Amable María sector norte de la ciudad de Loja generándose en un punto focal de reunión de la comunidad, a respuesta de un interés religioso que predomina en el sector (Iglesia del Señor del cautivo) ya sea para los pobladores lugar o personas externas. La demanda de espacios para un desarrollo social e integración de actividades de la Iglesia da origen a la propuesta, teniendo en cuenta la asociación del entorno y sus actividades ,como el programa requerido permitiendo generar una mayor integración de la comunidad y una comunicación con su entorno inmediato ,llegando a tener una reinterpretación del diseño con la sensación que genera una edificación de índole religioso y abriendo un nuevo punto de comunicación y reunión con el lugar de concentración espiritual actual. El centro comunitario se presenta en el mismo terreno de la iglesia recalcando el punto de interés del sitio y manteniendo el equilibrio de la forma de la topografía existente, donde se da la creación de dos bloques que permiten generar dos tipos de espacios que dialogan por medio de sus actividades, además de generar una pequeña plaza central de conexión que logra una continuidad entre cada uno de los edificios y a su vez una sensación de unificación entre ellos. La selección de la materialidad como el hormigón se muestra como un elemento de predominancia en los dos bloques ya sea como un elemento estructural en los muros o por las texturas y sensaciones de monumentalidad que genera adaptándose en el entorno del sito. The communities tend to face problems in their environment, where the collective identity of the village is asossociated with diffent cultural traits that predominate in the sector becoming a connection between the people of the place forming a social fabric in the community. The proposal consists in the development of a community center in the neighborhood Amable María northern sector of the city of Loja generating a focal point of community meeting, in response to a religious interest that predominates in the sector ( church of Señor del cautivo) either for local people or outsiders. The demand for spaces for social development and integration of Church activities gives rise to the proposa , taking into account the association of the environment and its activities , as the required program allowing to generate a greater integration of the community and a commucation with its immediate environment, achieving a reinterpretation of the desing with the feeling that a building of a religious nature generates and opening a new point of communication and meeting with the current place of spiritual concentration. The community center is presented on the same site as the church highlighting the interesting point of the site and maintaining the balance of the shape of the existing topography, where the creation of two blocks takes place that allow the generation of two types of spaces that dialogue through its activities, in addition to generating a small central connecting square that achieves continuity between each of the buildings and in turn a sense of unification between them. The selection of materiality such as concrete is shown as an element of predominant element in the two blocks, either as a structural element inthe walls or for the textures and sensations of monumentality that it generates by adapting to the environment of the site.
