Nuevo Cementerio para el GAD de Rumiñahui

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata de la construcción de un nuevo cementerio para el cantón de Rumiñahui con el objetivo de cubrir las necesidades de un Campo Santo con todos los espacios necesarios en un estado adecuado para los usuarios. Dentro del Valle de los Chillos existen dos cementerios de los cuales uno es privado (Campo Santo Jardines del Valle) y el otro es el Cementerio Municipal, mismo que ha llegado a su capacidad máxima (2016, Velasco), por lo que se propone la construcción de un nuevo cementerio. Este proyecto se realiza en razón de que en los futuros entierros exista el espacio adecuado dentro del cementerio local y así los moradores no recurran a otros cementerios en distintos municipios. Por otro lado, dentro de este trabajo se propone la planificación y estructuración del espacio, el cual se ha visto afecto y deteriorado por el pasar de los años. Además, algunos colindantes han realizado intervenciones de construcciones en espacios del referido lugar, mismas que no han sido supervisadas ni mucho menos cumplen con la normativa respectiva. Por ese motivo se propone un nuevo cementerio, ya que se añadirá nuevos espacios de uso apropiado y favorable. Es importante aclarar que la revalorización del cementerio es fundamental debido a que es un espacio primordial en el Cantón que se ha visto afectado por el poco cuidado que los ciudadanos le han dado, es esencial otorgarle la tradición y cultura de años que ha construido Rumiñahui reflejado en el cementerio. The present work deals with the construction of a new cemetery for the canton of Rumiñahui with the objective of covering the needs of a Campo Santo with all the necessary spaces in an adequate state for the users. Within Valle de los Chillos there are two cemeteries of which one is private (Campo Santo Jardines del Valle) and the other is the Municipal Cemetery, which has reached its maximum capacity (2016, Velasco), so the construction of a new cemetery is proposed. This project is carried out so that in future burials there is adequate space within the local cemetery and thus the residents do not resort to other cemeteries in different municipalities. On the other hand, this work proposes the planning and structuring of the space, which has been affected and deteriorated over the years. In addition, some neighbors have made interventions of constructions in spaces of the referred place, which have not been supervised, much less comply with the respective regulations. For this reason, a new cemetery is proposed, since it will add new spaces of appropriate and favorable use. It is important to clarify that the revaluation of the cemetery is fundamental because it is a primordial space in the Canton that has been affected by the little care that citizens have given it, it is essential to give it the tradition and culture of years that Rumiñahui has built reflected in the cemetery.
