Creación del primer “Physiotherapy Workshop Center” del Ecuador

Resumen Ejecutivo

En nuestro país la especialidad médica de Rehabilitación Física o también conocida como Fisioterapia es una de las más importantes en cuanto a la recuperación de pacientes que han sufrido una fuerte lesión física y que representa su tratamiento el 100% de su recuperación, como también las lesiones físicas graves que ameritan una operación quirúrgica siendo ésta el 50% de su tratamiento y la rehabilitación física el otro 50% para su total recuperación. Este trabajo se sustentará en la creación del primer centro-taller de fisioterapia permanente del país llamado “Physiotherapy Workshop Center” que contará con el auspicio total por parte de TERAMEDICAL CIA. LTDA. representante de la marca NUTEK y E.M.E. Este proyecto tiene un verdadero potencial de éxito ya que pretende atender a una gran demanda insatisfecha del sector centro-norte de la ciudad de Quito, en vista que vivimos tiempos de pandemia y donde los hospitales se encuentran copados de pacientes de Covid 19 los pacientes de Fisioterapia como de otras especialidades están siendo desatendidas o referidas a centros externos, de modo que a pesar de la crisis sanitaria actual éste Plan de Negocios pretende ser un aporte a la comunidad y a la vez ser económicamente redituable tanto para su inversionista como para el propio Centro-Taller asegurando su posicionamiento en el mercado a través del cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas trazadas, los cuales detalla el autor en los próximos seis capítulos que componen el presente Trabajo de Tesis.
