Plan de negocios para construir la empresa Secotec enfocada a brindar servicios de domótica en el Cantón Quito

Abstract

Resumen Ejecutivo A través del presente trabajo se identificó la viabilidad del Plan de negocios enfocado en prestar servicios de Domótica, el mismo que está dirigido a un análisis de mercado específicamente en el cantón Quito, el plan de negocios pretende brindar un servicio de interrelación entre los hogares y cada miembro de las familias en lo referente a la seguridad, el confort, la comunicación, y la tecnología en las casas. Previo un adecuado Método de investigación se identificó la demanda que podría tener la idea de negocios de Domótica con los habitantes de Quito, para ello se optó por aplicar una variedad de actividades que se desempeñó dentro de la Investigación de Mercados y Estrategias de Marketing; herramientas valiosas que direccionó a conocer al cliente, además se hizo el respectivo uso de importantes ciencias y filosofías que destacan en el conocimiento del mercado, mismo que contará con su respectivo sustento bibliográfico. La Domótica está basada en la automatización de una casa a fin de brindar a los miembros del hogar una satisfacción y protección eficiente, por lo cual se pretende medir la acogida que tendrá el servicio frente a la sociedad, tomando en cuenta que la delincuencia e inseguridad es un problema que no ha podido ser resuelto, convirtiéndose en un tema realmente preocupante ante la sociedad, es por ello que el presente plan de negocios se enfoca hacia la Domótica, además se requiere desarrollar una oferta atractiva a los clientes y ver un estimado de ganancias o rentabilidad que se podría alcanzar si se ejecutaré el plan para constituir la Empresa que se llamaría “SECOTEC”. Se tomará en cuenta factores internos y externos que pueden afectar a la Empresa SECOTEC, tales como las competencias que se encuentran actualmente desempeñando el mismo servicio, estructura organizacional, recursos económicos, políticas, etc. Abstract Through the following work, we were able to identify the viability of the Business Plan focused on providing Domotic services, which is aimed at a market analysis specifically in the Quito canton. The business plan aims to provide an interrelation service between households and each family member in terms of safety, comfort, communication, and technology in homes. Previously, an adequate research method identified the demand that Domotic business could have with the inhabitants of Quito. For this purpose, it was decided to apply a variety of activities that were carried out within the Market Research and Marketing Strategies; valuable tools that were directed to know the client. In addition, the respective use of important sciences and philosophies that stand out in the knowledge of the market was made, which will have its respective bibliographic support. Domotics is based on the automation of a house in order to provide the members of the household with satisfactory and efficient protection, which is why it is needed to measure the reception that the service will have towards society. This business plan focuses on Domotic services as it takes into account that crime and insecurity are problems that have not been solved and still pose as concerning issues in society. It is also necessary to develop an attractive offer to customers and calculate an estimate of profits or profitability that could be achieved if the plan to establish the Company that would be called “SECOTEC” will be executed. Internal and external factors that may affect the SECOTEC Company will be taken into account, such as the competition in the Domotic industry, organizational structure, economic resources, and policies.
