existente. The present investigation studies the mechanisms of integral reparation of the indirect victims of the crime of femicide. The effectiveness and efficiency of such mechanisms at present, demonstrating effectiveness as well as shortcomings that must be corrected in order to achieve an optimal integral reparation that has a positive impact on the protection of indirect victims. By increasing the mechanisms of integral reparation of indirect victims of the crime of femicide, it will be possible to increase and improve the current actions aimed at the protection of children and adolescents, making optimal use of the human and material resources provided by the Office of the Prosecutor for such Actions. An improvement in the application of integral reparation mechanisms for indirect victims of the crime of femicide will make it possible to locate the criminal actions of Ecuador among the most developed and revolutionary in South America, a continent characterized by deficiencies in the application of Comprehensive repair mechanisms. It is noteworthy that raising the level of protection to indirect victims of the crime of femicide will achieve a positive impact on compliance with the policy of the National Plan for Good Living Sumak Kawsay, carried out by the national government in order to raise the living standards of its citizens and increase the quality of the existing legality. |
