Plan de mejora en la ejecucion presupuestaria del GAD parroquial Pachicutza, canton el Pangui, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe periodo 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se basa en analizar la ejecución presupuestaria en el GAD Parroquial rural Pachicutza, el cual tiene con tema principal “PLAN DE MEJORA EN LA EJECUCION PRESUPUESTARIA DEL GAD PARROQUIAL PACHICUTZA, CANTON EL PANGUI, PROVINCIA DE ZAMORA CHINCHIPE PERIODO 2017” Para lo cual se implementará metodologías en la investigación dando una propuesta la cual ayude a tener una mejor gestión en base a la distribución de recursos, solucionar las falencias y necesidades que se requieren. El GAD Parroquial rural Pachicutza siendo un Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial, se acata al Código Orgánico de Organización Territorial, Autonomía y Descentralización, así como el Código Orgánico de Planificación y Finanzas Pública para realizar los procesos y medir el cumplimiento de eficiencia y eficacia con la intención de identificar si llega con las metas propuestas dentro de un del plan de desarrollo y ordenamiento territorial.

The thesis entitled "improvement plan in the budgetary execution of the parish GAD Pachicutza, Canton el Pangui, province of Zamora Chinchipe, period 2017", it is based on analyzing the budgetary execution in the Pachicutza rural parish GAD, in order to start up and obtain a social benefit. For which methodologies will be implemented in the research giving a proposal which helps to have a better management based on the distribution of resources, solve the shortcomings and needs that are required. The rural Parish GAD Pachicutza being a Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government, abides by the Organic Code of Territorial Organization, Autonomy and Decentralization as well as the Organic Code of Planning and Public Finance to carry out the processes and measure compliance with efficiency and effectiveness with the intention of identify if it arrives with the proposed goals within one of the plan of development and territorial ordering. As a result of the analysis carried out, it was possible to demonstrate and find findings, as well as the conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving budget execution within the rural parochial GAD Pachicutza.
