Abstract

La necrosis pulpar es una enfermedad multifactorial que se caracteriza por la muerte del tejido pulpar de un diente, y puede traer como consecuencia una destrucción de tejido óseo en el periápice del diente. El propósito de este caso clínico es tratar al diente con necrosis y ápice inmaduro mediante una técnica de revascularización y factores de crecimiento (PRF). Para ello, se inicia con una apertura del diente, posterior a esto, se realiza la técnica de revascularización y la introducción del PRF, una vez completado el proceso, se concluye con la endodoncia del diente y los tratamientos necesarios para dejar a la boca en completa salud. Un correcto diagnóstico es fundamental para un adecuado plan de tratamiento, ya que de esto dependerá su éxito.

Pulpal necrosis is a multifactorial disease that is characterized by the death of the pulp tissue of a tooth, and can result in a destruction of bone tissue in the periapice of the tooth. The purpose of this clinical case is to treat the tooth with necrosis and inmature ápex using a technique of revascularization and growth factors (PRF). They have to start with an acces of the tooth, after this it is performed the revascularization technique and the introduction of the PRF, once it is completed, it will be finished the process with the root canal treatment and the necessary treatments to leave the mouth in complete health. A correct diagnosis is essential for an adequate treatment plan, since the success of the treatment will depend on this.
