Abstract

Día a día la mecánica automotriz se ha ido desarrollando hasta la época actual, los talleres automotrices, no solo es el lugar que cuenta con expertos en mecánica donde se reparan cualquier parte del vehículo, o se da mantenimiento de control preventivos, y correctivos, estos servicios en la última década han mostrado gran tendencia por renovarse respecto a la gestión de procesos, gestión de calidad donde han buscado mejorar la satisfacción de los clientes, y la calidad de los servicios o repuestos que se emplean en la reparación del vehículo, creando un fuerte vínculo de confianza a partir del trabajo a diario y de forma responsable entre el cliente y taller. Esta investigación busca fundamentalmente crear un perfil idóneo y los conocimientos que deben poseer los asesores de servicio post-venta automotriz mediante un manual de procedimientos, esto es indispensable para los talleres y concesionarias automotrices debido a la importancia de contar con personal capacitado, eficiente, efectivo para solucionar problemas, preguntas e inquietudes, brindando así una mejor atención a los clientes del taller; este efecto originará un aumento de consumidores del servicio y por ende incrementarán los ingresos económicos; otro resultado que arrojará la investigación es mejorar los procesos en el área automotriz, e implementar un nuevo sistema de contratación y capacitación en el país permitiendo generar nuevas oportunidades laborales.

Every day automotive mechanics has been developing until the present time, automotive workshops is not only the place that has experts in mechanics where it repairs, restores any part of the vehicle or where preventive or corrective maintenance is done, these services in the last decade has shown great tendency to renew itself regarding process management, quality management where they have sought to improve customer satisfaction, and the quality of services or spare parts used in vehicle repair, creating a strong link of trust based on daily work and responsibly between the client-workshop. This research fundamentally seeks to create an ideal profile and the knowledge that must have the post- sell automotive advisers through a procedures manual, this is essential for workshops and automotive dealers because of the importance of having trained, efficient personal , effective to solve problems, questions and concerns, thus providing a better service by the workshop; this effect will cause an increase in consumers of the automotive service and therefore increase the economic income; Another result that the investigation will yield is to improve the processes in the automotive area, and to implement a new system of hiring and training in the country generating new job opportunities.
