Proyecto de ordenamiento físico espacial del asentamiento informal el castillo en la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

El presente trabajo se basa en el ordenamiento físico espacial del asentamiento informal El Castillo, con el objetivo de elaborar una propuesta que ordene el desarrollo urbano del sector, así como también proporcionar condiciones adecuadas de habitabilidad a sus moradores, ya que actualmente es un lugar carente de servicios básicos y la construcción de sus viviendas no obedece a la planificación del GAD Loja, originando problemas tanto de desarrollo urbano como de habitabilidad. En el desarrollo de la propuesta, se utilizó la metodología para el ordenamiento territorial de Domingo Gómez, la que fue adaptada para ser aplicada a nivel de barrio. Por medio del diagnóstico de los diferentes componentes que conforman este sector, se identificaron las características particulares de habitabilidad. Toda esta información recabada facilitó el desarrollo del escenario concertado y la elaboración de la imagen objetivo para este trabajo. La propuesta está dirigida a la regulación del uso de suelo, al mejoramiento vial y potenciación del área comunal, con el fin de integrar el barrio con la ciudad y mejorar la calidad de habitabilidad del sector.

The present work is based on the physical spatial ordering of the informal El Castillo settlement, with the aim of developing a proposal that orders the urban development of the sector, as well as providing adequate habitability conditions for its inhabitants, since it is currently a lacking place of basic services and the construction of their homes does not obey the planning of the Loja GAD, causing problems of both urban development and habitability. In the development of the proposal, the methodology for the territorial ordering of Domingo Gómez was used, which was adapted to be applied at the neighborhood level. Through the diagnosis of the different components that make up this sector, the particular characteristics of habitability were identified. All this information gathered facilitated the development of the concerted scenario and the elaboration of the objective image for this work. The proposal is aimed at regulating the use of land, road improvement and empowerment of the communal area, in order to integrate the neighborhood with the city and improve the quality of habitability of the sector.
