Abstract

Resumen Ejecutivo El estudio de este modelo de negocio corresponde a la empresa “LEVEL TECHNOLOGY SOLUCIONES EMPRESARIALES TECNOLÓGICAS S.A.”, la misma que lleva operando alrededor de 10 años en el mercado. La planificación estratégica será un instrumento de gestión mediante el cual delinearemos los pasos a seguir y los tiempos esperados para alcanzar los objetivos planteados. El presente estudió permitirá desarrollar un plan estratégico enfocado a la Empresa “LEVEL TECHNOLOGY”, que servirá para ayudar a los directivos a marcar el camino que deberá tomar la empresa en el futuro para alcanzar excelentes resultados organizacionales y por ende mayores utilidades. Podemos decir que la empresa se encuentra en buenas condiciones para seguir en el mercado, hay que recalcar que la economía y políticas del país son un gran desafío para una pequeña empresa como lo es Level Technology, lo que se constituye en un obstáculo a superar para crecer e invertir y prepararse de mejor manera para el futuro del mercado que se desarrolla. Las estrategias definidas y planes de acción según el análisis realizado se han plasmado en las diferentes matrices como: FODA, MPEYEA, MIE, MGE, etc., que se relacionan entre sí por la información obtenida, que es de ayuda para la toma de decisiones en la empresa. Los objetivos y las estrategias desarrolladas son aptos para el crecimiento competitivo de la Empresa Level Technology, y en función de las directrices proyectar el rumbo de la empresa durante su crecimiento en el mercado, con el aumento de facturación, implementación de nuevas áreas competitivas y de marketing, utilizando el seguimiento de las recomendaciones planteadas. Abstract The study of this business model corresponds to the company "LEVEL TECHNOLOGY SOLUCIONES EMPRESARIALES TECNOLÓGICAS S.A.", the same company that has been operating for around ten years in the market. Strategic planning will be a management tool through which we will outline the steps to be followed and the expected times to achieve the objectives set. This study will allow the development of a strategic plan focused on the Company "LEVEL TECHNOLOGY", which will help managers to set the path that the company should take in the future to achieve excellent organizational results and therefore higher profits. We can say that the company is in excellent condition to continue in the market. We must emphasize that the economy and policies of the country are a worthy challenge for a small company such as Level Technology, which constitutes an obstacle to overcome for growing and invest and prepare in a better way for the future of the market that develops. The strategies defined and action plans according to the analysis carried out have been reflected in the different matrices such as SWOT, MPEYEA, MIE, MGE, etc., which are related to each other by the information obtained, which is of help for decision making in the company. The objectives and strategies developed are suitable for the aggressive growth of the Level Technology Company, and according to the guidelines project the direction of the company during its growth in the market, with the increase in turnover, implementation of new competitive areas and marketing, using the follow-up of the recommendations made.
