Abstract: Resumen Ejecutivo La propuesta del Plan de Marketing para el Banco Diners Club del Ecuador S.A, es fortalecer el posicionalmente de la marca e imagen de los socios perfil jóvenes emprendedores de la ciudad de Quito, se realizó un estudio que tuvo un impacto social positivo que permite al BDC fidelizar a sus clientes y posicionarse como una entidad bancaria que colabora con el desarrollo económico de nuevos emprendedores en el país. El método a utilizar para realizar la investigación de mercado fue cuantitativo y cualitativo. La recolección de datos a través de la encuesta se realizó unipersonal, con apoyo de colaboradores. Los datos recolectados a través de redes sociales de los clientes BDC se realizaron por medio de un video conferencia. El 72% de los encuestados tiene una tarjeta de crédito y de este grupo el 34% utiliza MasterCard, el 31% Visa y el 28% Diners, es decir que la mayoría del público objetivo tiene una calificación positiva en la central de riesgos y es sujeto de crédito. Los objetivos planeados fueron: Captación de clientes jóvenes de la ciudad de Quito, usando estrategias de marketing. Promocionar los productos bancarios a través de redes sociales incrementa la cartera de clientes. Abstract The proposal of the Marketing Plan for Banco Diners Club del Ecuador SA, is to strengthen the position of the brand and image of the young entrepreneur profile of the city of Quito, a study was conducted that had a positive social impact that allows the BDC loyalty to its customers and position itself as a bank that collaborates with the economic development of new entrepreneurs in the country. The method to be used to carry out market research was quantitative and qualitative. The data collection through the survey was carried out unipersonal, with the support of collaborators. The data collected through social networks of the BDC clients were made through a video conference. 72% of the respondents have a credit card and of this group 34% use MasterCard, 31% Visa and 28% Diners, that is to say that the majority of the target public has a positive rating in the central of risks and is subject of credit. The planned objectives were: Attracting young clients from the city of Quito, using marketing strategies. Promoting banking products through social networks increases the client portfolio.
