Rediseño Arquitectónico- Urbanístico del Parque La Pradera en la ciudad de Loja, Aplicando Principios Lúdicos

Abstract

El presente proyecto se desarrolló en la parroquia urbana San Sebastián, ubicada al sur de la ciudad de Loja, en la que se encuentra un área verde importante conocida como parque La Pradera, la que debido a su innegable deterioro precisa en la actualidad de una especial atención. Por tal motivo, se plantea el rediseño del parque La Pradera con la finalidad de remarcar la importancia que tiene en relación con el bienestar de los usuarios que asisten a este lugar, así como a la indiscutible relación que debe existir entre el hombre, su desarrollo físico y mental y la naturaleza, aspectos claves a tomar en cuenta para el concepto de la obra y para el relacionamiento de los espacios funcional, formal y tecnológico, con la finalidad de que el rediseño cubra las necesidades de sus beneficiarios...

The present project was developed in the urban parish of San Sebastian, located to the south of the city of Loja, in which there is an important green area known as La Pradera park, which, due to its undeniable deterioration, currently requires a special attention.
