Diseño Arquitectonico del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Celica

Abstract

El equipamiento administrativo representa uno de los poderes democráticos en cada Gobierno Autónomo, lo que representa atender a las necesidades primordiales de sus habitantes y sus trabajadores de manera eficiente para el adecuado funcionamiento de las políticas internas de cada cabildo. Para realizar el proyecto de un nuevo edificio para el GAD-Celica el autor se basa en la consideración y análisis del organigrama estructural y del diagnóstico realizado en varios enfoques de la edificación actual, donde analiza una distribución jerárquica adecuada en atención al público, los parámetros que se analizan son los siguientes: estructura existente, distribución interior, iluminación interior, ventilación, entre otras. Donde posteriormente concluye demostrando mediante tablas y gráficos los problemas en dimensiones espaciales y la demanda de nuevas oficinas para el personal y ciudadanía....
