Abstract

ABSTRACT The study is oriented to a business plan for the creation of the pediatric dental foundation "DAVID GALLEGOS" specialized in children with disabilities, the same one that is oriented to provide a quality service for the children of the city of Quito suffering from some pathology Odontálgica and that because of their disability condition require specialists for a normal treatment in which the generation of traumas and fears to a dental care of control is avoided. The results obtained in the study show that there are no foundations on the market that offer a pediatric dental service situation that is detrimental to the treatment of children, which forces them to know that the market is lacking specialists and companies that dedicate themselves To this service, and they have to go to private dental centers, so 82% of the respondents consider that they would like a foundation to be implemented with this kind of service, being a variable of consideration for the implementation of the project, to this Is added the feasibility that was determined through the financial and economic study where the requirements of the project were linked and the costs that will be assumed with the financial investment, finally to recover the capital investment in 4 years and 4 months average time of one Project of high social impact. The foundation is viable for its implementation and the corresponding procedures to obtain the help of international entities, which will be the ones who will finance part of the project with more adequate rates, for the benefit of the most needy of the city, with dental equipment or With economic resources that will be very helpful to give the best dental service.
