Abstract

La gran cantidad de desastres naturales producidos en el mundo han incidido en la búsqueda de solidaridad y protección de otros países. La demanda que esta operación posee es creciente, ya que se han identificado las diversas necesidades que cada país enfrenta para proporcionar ayuda eficaz a las víctimas. Lo que se envía para atender las necesidades de los países afectados por desastres es llamado ayuda humanitaria, que consiste en una cooperación destinada a la población escasa de recursos económicos. Esta forma de solidaridad compete a las necesidades de: alimentación, salud, infraestructura entre otras. The great quantity of natural disasters produced in the world, has affected in the search of solidarity and protection of the other countries. The demand of this operation is increasing due to the fact that there have been identified the diverse needs that every country faces to provide effective help to the victims. Humanitarian help consist of a cooperation destined for the scanty population of economic resources. This form of solidarity is about to the needs of: hunger, health, infrastructure and others. Also this help can be economic or material, in the second case it refers to sending of donations of materials or equipment of the first need.
