El patrimonio arquitectónico del Centro Histórico de Loja representa un elemento fundamental para la conservación de la memoria de la ciudad. Dentro de este contexto, el edificio del Cuerpo de Agentes de Control Municipal fue analizado como un bien con valor histórico cuyo potencial de transformación requiere estrategias compatibles de conservación y adaptación funcional.
