Plan de importación directa y comercialización de suturas quirúrgicas para dicamed rc en la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

El presente proyecto establece un Plan de Importación Directa y Comercialización de Suturas Quirúrgicas para la empresa DICAMED RC, con sede en la ciudad de Loja. La investigación se fundamenta en el aprovechamiento estratégico del Tratado de Libre Comercio con China en este 2026, el cual permite la eliminación de aranceles para dispositivos médicos, optimizando la cadena de suministro desde el origen hasta su distribución final en la Zona 7 de Ecuador. La finalidad principal es que DICAMED RC cuente con una estructura logística y de comercialización que le permita competir por el liderazgo en costos y calidad técnica, de forma independiente de intermediarios nacionales. Los resultados del análisis económico financiero permiten concluir que se trata de una operación rentable. El costo unitario de producción asciende a $ 4.11 USD. El precio de venta será de $ 12.00 USD, por lo que se generará un margen bruto del 65.75%. El plan muestra una gran solidez económica, un Retorno de la Inversión (ROI) de 168.0% y un “break-even” de sólo 206 unidades mensuales. Estos índices garantizan que DICAMED RC mantenga sus flujos de caja positivos desde el primer ciclo de importación y permite la reinversión en tecnología y expansión de catálogo. This project establishes a Direct Import and Marketing Plan for Surgical Sutures for DICAMED RC, a company based in the city of Loja. The research is based on the strategic use of the Free Trade Agreement with China, which will take effect in 2026. This ag reement will eliminate tariffs on medical devices, optimizing the supply chain from origin to final distribution in Zone 7 of Ecuador. The main objective is for DICAMED RC to have a logistics and marketing structure that allows it to compete for leadership in cost and technical quality, independently of national intermediaries. The results of the economic and financial analysis conclude that this is a profitable operation. Theunit production cost is $4.11 USD. The selling price will be $12.00 USD, generating a gross margin of 65.75%. The plan demonstrates strong economic viability, with a Return on Investment (ROI) of 168.0% and a break- even point of only 206 units per month. These figures guarantee that DICAMED RC will maintain positive cash flow from the first import cycle and allow for reinvestment in technology and catalog ex pansion. Finally, as a result of this proposed import plan in the city of Loja, DICAMED RC will be positioned as a new strategic benchmark in southern Peru. Improved customs processes, compliance with INEN standards, and direct logistics management not only make th e business profitable but also democratize access to quality surgical supplies for clinics and hospitals in the region under an efficient management model with low operational risk.
