The present thesis develops the project “El Último Inca Wine Experience”, a sensorial bar located in the city of Loja, conceived as a space for cultural dissemination and wine tourism centered on artisa nal mortiño wine, an ancestral fruit of the Andean highlands. The guiding concept, “Between Earth and the Cosmos”, is embodied in an immersive experience that transcends mere tasting to become a symbolic ritual, where the chacana functions as both a spatial and narrative axis. Through an interior design that integrates noble materials, ritualized furniture, and architectural elements inspired by the Andean worldview, the project proposes a meeting place that bridges tradition and contem poraneity, inviting visitors to experience wine as a sensorial, cultural, and spiritual connection. | es |
