Propuesta arquitectónica del Centro de Transferencia de alimentos para la ciudad de Loja

Abstract

El propósito de la investigación fue realizar la intervención arquitectónica del centro de transferencia de la ciudad de Loja, el objetivo es realizar una propuesta arquitectónica del centro de transferencia comercial de alimentos de primera necesidad para mejorar la planificación urbana de la ciudad de Loja; esta intervención se la realiza debido a que fue implantado de manera improvisada en el año 2020 debido a la pandemia mundial del COVID-19, como consecuencia las plazas del equipamiento de comercio no estaban distribuidas correctamente, no cuentan con todos los servicios básicos, carecían de ciertas áreas que caracteriza a un establecimiento como este; además, su infraestructura no es la adecuada para su funcionamiento y para realizar las actividades de comercialización y acopio. Para esta intervención se aplicó el método científico con un enfoque mixto, cualitativo y cuantitativo que permitió facilitar la recolección y análisis de la información, se lo realizo mediante 4 etapas: La primera una recopilación bibliográfica, la segunda mediante criterios se realizó el análisis de dos referentes el mercado Mayorista de Quito y el mercado Mayorista de Lima, la tercera mediante el análisis contextual para identificar el estado actual y poder determinar los problemas y potencialidades del lugar y así poder realizar la cuarta etapa que sería el desarrollo arquitectónico de la propuesta.La propuesta arquitectónica nos dio como resultado un diseño arquitectónico amigable para el medio ambiente integrándose al lugar, se caracteriza por tener espacios organizados, funcionales y óptimos esto genera el confort para los comerciantes y consumidores. The purpose of the research was to carry out an architectural intervention at the food transfer center in the city of Loja. The objective is to develop an architectural proposal for a commercial transfer center for basic food items to improve the urban planning of the city of Loja. This intervention was undertaken because it was implemented haphazardly in 2020 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the commercial facilities were not properly distributed, lacked all basic services, and lacked certain areas that characterize an establishment such as this. Furthermore, its infrastructure is not adequate for its operation and for carrying out marketing and storage activities. For this intervention, the scientific method was applied with a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach that facilitated the collection and analysis of information. This was carried out in four stages: the first was a bibliographic compilation; the second was based on criteria for analyzing two references: the Quito Wholesale Market and the Lima Wholesale Market; and the third was a contextual analysis to identify the current state and determine the site's problems and potential. This allowed for the fourth stage, the architectural development of the proposal.The architectural proposal resulted in an environmentally friendly design that blends seamlessly with the site. It is characterized by organized, functional, and optimal spaces, generating comfort for merchants and consumers.
