Propuesta de Manual de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) según la Norma ISO 45001:2018 para la empresa AMSISECURITY CIA. LTDA

Abstract

En el Ecuador y el mundo se presentan año tras año la problemática que se tiene al no poseer un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud que amparen a los trabajadores de las empresas creando este un bucle de inseguridades que afectan tanto a la economía nacional y mundial ya que las personas que se ven más afectadas es la población que mantiene económicamente activo a la nación. Se designa este trabajo a consideración de la empresa AMSISECURITY CIA. y de los demás lectores como un ejemplo para crear un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Ya que desde estos tiempos actuales se ha puesto como referente mundial el uso de los sistemas ISO y en este caso la ISO 45001-2018 como una norma certificable y auditable,que ayudara a la empresa a mantener un ambiente saludable de trabajo. La investigación se centra en la implementación de la norma ya mencionada como modelo para le gestión interna de la empresa la cual tras este análisis se ha comprometido con la seguridad de sus trabajadores, estableciendo estándares internacionales para la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades laborales y obtener como fin el aseguramiento del bienestar de los empleados. This work is designated for the consideration of the company AMSISECURITY CIA. and other readers as an example to create a system of safety and health at work. Since these current times, the use of ISO systems has been set as a world reference and in this case ISO 45001-2018 as a certifiable and auditable standard, which will help the company to maintain a healthy work environment. The research focuses on the implementation of the above mentioned standard as a model for the internal management of the company which, after this analysis, has committed itself to the safety of its workers, Setting international standards for the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases and ensuring the welfare of employees.
