Estudio para el Diseño y Construcción de un Buggy para la Fórmula Automovilística Universitaria

Abstract

El presente proyecto trata de diseñar y construir un vehículo tipo buggy para la Formula Automovilística Universitaria FAU. Siendo esta Fórmula uno de los pilares fundamentales para este proyecto desarrollándose a través de cada uno de sus capítulos y su construcción en la que utilizó todos los conocimientos adquiridos en las diferentes áreas de la Ingeniería Automotriz. Este trabajo, cuenta con cuatro Capítulos desde la fase de la normativa hasta llegar a finalizar la fase de construcción y los cuales se detallan a continuación, en el capítulo I, Historia de la FAU, tenemos el marco teórico con todas las Reglamentaciones de construcción de este tipo de vehículos así como también conceptos básicos. El capítulo II Diseño y Construcción del Bastidor como se fabricó la base de este proyecto con una Estructura Tubular. El capítulo III corresponde al Diseño de la Suspensión del vehículo siendo este el más importante del trabajo, se realiza cálculos de los diferentes parámetros de diseño; el capítulo IV se refiere al Cálculo y Construcción del Sistema de Frenos y Dirección, en donde además indicamos el Tren de Potencia del vehículo prototipo finalizando con las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones basadas en los objetivos planteados para la elaboración de este tipo de vehículos.

This project aims to design and build a buggy type vehicle for Formula Car University FAU Since this formula one of the cornerstones for this project to develop through each of its chapters and its construction in which he used all the knowledge acquired in the different areas of Automotive Engineering.
