Análisis de la presencia de knocking en el motor en función de la variación del tipo y calibración de bujía

Abstract

Debido al incremento vertiginoso del parque automotriz en el Ecuador y conociendo, gracias a información de la AEADE, que Pichincha es una de las provincias con mayor cantidad de vehículos a nivel nacional, se decidió realizar la presente investigación en la ciudad de Quito, la misma que busca analizar la influencia del cambio del tipo de bujías y su respectiva calibración en la cantidad de knocking o golpeteo en el motor, y por lo tanto, la incidencia en la vida útil del mismo. Due to the vertiginous increase in the automotive fleet in Ecuador and knowing, thanks to information from the AEADE, that Pichincha is one of the provinces with the largest number of vehicles nationwide, it was decided to carry out this investigation in Quito. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of changing the type of spark plugs and their respective calibration on the amount of knocking or knocking in the engine, and therefore, the impact on its useful life.
