“PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA IMPORTACIÓN DE PRODUCTOS TECNOLÓGICOS DESDE APPLE (ESTADOS UNIDOS) HACIA JA CELL SOLUTIONS Y SU COMERCIALIZACIÓN EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, ECUADOR”

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación tiene como objetivo el presentar un plan de negocios para JA CELL SOLUTIONS y su comercialización en la ciudad de Loja. A raíz de la emergencia sanitaria que tuvo lugar a nivel mundial por la presencia del COVID 19, el estilo de vida a nivel global tuvo un giro radical, el distanciamiento obligatorio obligó a las pequeñas empresas, negocios y familias a buscar medios de comunicación que nos permitan interactuar desde la seguridad de nuestro espacio, y es ahí donde los productos tecnológicos expanden a mayor escala su presencia en la vida cotidiana de las familias y los negocios.Debido a la alta demanda de productos tecnológicos hoy, se plantea desarrollar el plan de negocios para satisfacer este nivel de incremento en la demanda mediante la importación legal de productos tecnológicos de calidad de Apple.En este proyecto se presenta la base legal de empresa importadora JA CELL SOLUTIONS, con2 socios y una inversión total de 85.998,91, que se financiarán en un 30,23% por aporte de los socios y en un 69,77% por un préstamo hecho a una entidad financiera.Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se tomó como base dos métodos de investigación, mismos que en conjunto con las distintas técnicas utilizadas y descritas a continuación, permitieron minimizar los márgenes de error dentro de la información obtenida y aumentar la eficacia en la generación de conclusiones. The objective of this degree work is to present a business plan for the importation of technological products from Apple United States to JA CELL SOLUTIONS and its commercialization in the city of Loja.As a result of the health emergency that took place worldwide due to the presence of COVID19, the global lifestyle took a radical turn, the mandatory distancing forced small businesses, businesses and families to seek means of communication that allow interaction from the safety of our space, and it is there where technological products expand their presence on a larger scale in the daily life of families and businesses.Due to the high demand for technological products currently present, it is proposed to develop this business plan to satisfy this level of increase in demand through the legal importation of quality technological products of the recognized Apple brand.Therefore, in this project, the legal basis of the importing company JA CELL SOLUTIONS is presented, with a total of 2 partners and a total investment of $ 85,998.91, which will be financed by 30.23% by contribution of the partners and 69.77% for a loan made to a financial institution.For the development of this project, two research methods were taken as a basis, which together with the different techniques used and described below, allowed minimizing the margins of error within the information obtained and increasing the efficiency in the generation of conclusions.
