Abstract

Una de las expresiones que en la actualidad es muy escuchada es “calidad de vida” es por eso que este proyecto está enfocado en una investigación primaria y secundaria en los diferentes barrios del cantón Loja, con un muestreo aleatorio simple mediante entrevistas y buscando contenido que ayude en los diferentes sitios web y libros entre otros, una vez recopilada la información se procederá a analizar los datos obtenidos, obteniendo como conclusión cuán importante es para las personas el cuidado de su salud al momento de alimentarse, pero por falta de tiempo, por falta de costumbre, por motivos laborales, entre otros; se dificulta poder tener una alimentación adecuada, dando como resultado complicaciones de salud a largo plazo como por ejemplo el sobrepeso o la obesidad...
