Análisis del sistema financiero de pensiones Jubilares y sus reformas

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es comprender de manera analítica, precisa y concisa como se ha dado origen el Sistema de Pensiones Jubilares en Ecuador, y cuál ha sido su evolución a lo largo de los años y el sinnúmero de reformas que se han dado para llegar a lo que hoy llamamos Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, regidos por la Ley de Seguridad Social, de tal forma que una vez entendido esto, utilizo el Derecho comparado para entender como de cierta forma nuestro sistema financiero de pensiones jubilares Ecuatorianas en relación al Sistema de Pensiones jubilares Españolas no son sostenibles, teniendo aun diferentes sistemas de aportaciones, pese a que este último ha sido objeto últimamente de reformas con el afán de mejor su sostenibilidad como tal. La investigación permite concluir que el deterioro ocasionado a lo largo de los años por un sinnúmero de factores, ponen en manifiesto un cambio exigente de carácter estructural que existe en nuestro sistema jubilar de seguridad social. The main objective of this research is to understand in an analytical, precise, and concise way how the Retirement Pension System in Ecuador has originated, and what has been its evolution over the years and the countless reforms that have taken place to reach what we now call the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security. governed by the Social Security Act, in such a way that once this is understood, I use comparative law to understand how in a certain way our financial system of Ecuadorian retirement pensions in relation to the Spanish retirement pension system are not sustainable, still having different contribution systems, even though the latter has recently been subject to reforms with the aim of improving its sustainability as such. The research allows us to conclude that the deterioration caused over the years by several factors reveals a demanding structural change that exists in our social security retirement system.
