Diseño para el Nuevo Edificio municipal del Cantón Pindal, Provincia de Loja, aplicando estrategias de arquitectura flexible

Abstract

El cantón Pindal está experimentando un notable crecimiento urbano gracias a su dinámica economía. No obstante, enfrenta un significativo déficit de edificios de carácter público, con la municipalidad operando actualmente en lo que solía ser una casa comunal, careciendo de espacio y oficinas adecuadas. Esta situación subraya la urgente necesidad de proveer un equipamiento flexible, confortable y eficiente tanto para los empleados como para los ciudadanos del municipio.En la primera fase del proyecto, se llevó a cabo el diseño conceptual del nuevo edificio municipal para el cantón Pindal. Reco nocemos que nuestras actividades diarias transcurren en espacios interiores configurados por componentes y envolventes de infraestructura funcional, los cuales definen la estructura espacial que los alberga, dando forma a diversos ambientes para las actividades desarrolladas.Por otro lado, la segunda fase implicó la recopilación de información sobre el cantón Pindal, seguida de un estudio exhaustivo de diferentes conceptos y espacios que influirán en el diseño del edificio administrativo. Además, se realizó un análisis bibliográ fico de referentes arquitectónicos administrativos para establecer criterios, parámetros de proyecto y lineamientos que orienta rán la debida planificación del proyecto... Canton Pindal is experiencing remarkable urban growth thanks to its dynamic economy. However, it faces a significant deficit of public buildings, with the municipality currently operating in what used to be a community house, lacking adequate office space. This situation underscores the urgent need to provide flexible, comfortable and efficient facilities for both employees and citizens of the municipality.In the first phase of the project, the conceptual design of the new municipal building for the canton of Pindal was carried out. We recognize that our daily activities take place in interior spaces configured by functional infrastructure components and envelo pes, which define the spatial structure that houses them, shaping various environments for the activities developed.On the other hand, the second phase involved the collection of information about the Pindal canton, followed by an exhaustive study of different concepts and spaces that will influence the design of the administrative building.
