Intervención en la Margen del río Zamora, Sector Sendero Ecológico la Banda en la Ciudad de Loja

Abstract

En la ciudad de Loja, durante los últimos años se ha emprendido procesos de recuperación de ciertos espacios, con el objetivo de mejorar la imagen del paisaje y la preservación del ecosistema.El Sendero Ecológico la Banda, cuenta con el riesgo inminente de perderse, debido a la falta de mantenimiento, la conservación de lo natural y las erosiones que enmarcan el río Zamora, gracias a una serie de lecturas gráficas y teóricas del área de estudio, se ha logrado identificar que este sendero nunca ha sido intervenido conservando así su estado natural, de tal manera que se desarrolló un plan estructural de 3 etapas, donde la primera se centra en familiarizarse con la investigación a través de teórias y conceptos de intervención y propuesta de diseño de senderos. Dentro de la segunda etapa se análiza el área de estudio tomando en cuenta todas sus preexistencias para asi tener una visión mas clara de la realidad del sector. En la tercera etapa, se desarrolla una propuesta de anteproyecto de intervención y preservación del sendero, por ende aportara un aumento del índice verde en la Ciudad de Loja.Como resultado de todo el proceso de investigación, se plantea una propuesta de diseño de Sendero Ecológico, aplicando estrategias de preservación y recuperación que nos otorga recorridos mucho más comodos y agradables gracias a la potencialización de la margen del río Zamora, prevaleciendo sus características naturales, ambientales y sociales, lo que nos conlleva a una transformación del sector, destacado por un valor natural alto. In the city of Loja, in recent years, recovery processes of certain spaces have been undertaken, with the aim of improving the image of the landscape and that of the ecosystem.The Sendero Ecológico la Banda, has the imminent risk of being lost, due to the lack of maintenance, the conservation of the natural and the erosions that frame the Zamora river, thanks to a series of graphic and theoretical readings of the study area, it is has managed to identify that this trail has never been intervened, thus conserving its natural state, in such a way that a 3-stage structural plan was developed, where the first one focuses on becoming familiar with the research through theories and concepts of intervention and proposal of trail design. Within the second stage, the study area is analyzed taking into account all its pre-existing conditions in order to have a clearer vision of the reality of the sector. In the third stage, a draft intervention proposal is developed and there was a path, therefore it will contribute an increase in the green index in the City of Loja.As a result of the entire research process, a proposal for the design of an Ecological Trail is proposed, applying recovery and recovery strategies that give us much more comfortable and pleasant routes thanks to the potentialization of the Zamora river bank, prevailing its natural characteristics, environmental and social, which entails a transformation of the sector, highlighted by a high natural value.
