Propuesta de implementación de un manual de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (sst) basado en la norma iso 45001:2018, para el área de soldadura del gobierno autónomo descentralizado municipal de Puerto Quito

Abstract

Cada vez es mayor la importancia que se le da a nivel mundial al ambiente de trabajo, las condiciones en las que se encuentran estos y el impacto en el desempeño y cumplimiento de las labores cotidianas dentro de las empresas. Para lo cual se generó el interés de la investigación, proponiendo como objetivo el diseñar una propuesta de implementación de un manual de gestión basado en la norma ISO 45001:2018, para el área de soldadura en los talleres mecánicos del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Puerto Quito. Para la presentación de esta propuesta se consideró lo establecido en la norma ISO 45001 se tienen diferentes parámetros, conformes en 10 capítulos con los requisitos que aseguran un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el ambiente laboral, siendo una norma certificable y auditable que le genera a las organizaciones una ventaja competitiva. En ella se determinan los principios básicos que permite a las empresas un desarrollo integrado de la mano de otras normas ISO. Gracias a esta propuesta, el sistema de gestión dentro de la institución podrá contar con las herramientas para un mejor control de las obligaciones del SST, cumpliendo con los reglamentos, normativas y objetivos organizacionales, de planificación y ejecución, mejorando los niveles de rendimiento y satisfacción en el área de soldadura. For which the interest of the investigation was generated, proposing as an objective the design of a proposal for the implementation of a management manual based on the ISO 45001: 2018 standard, for the welding area in the mechanical workshops of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Puerto quit. For the presentation of this proposal, the provisions of the ISO 45001 standard were considered, there are different parameters, in accordance with the 10 chapters with the requirements that ensure a health and safety management system in the work environment, being a certifiable and auditable standard that gives organizations a competitive advantage. It determines the basic principles that allow companies an integrated development hand in hand with other ISO standards. Thanks to this proposal, the management system within the institution will have the tools for a better control of the SST obligations, complying with the regulations, norms and organizational, planning and execution objectives, improving the levels of performance and satisfaction. in the welding area.
