Abstract

Este proyecto de vivienda social para Quitumbe tiene como meta demostrar como la vivienda mínima puede ser digna para sus usuarios de manera que también son tomadas en cuenta sus necesidades. Se hace un gran enfoque hacia el inicio de Quitumbe para rescatar valores históricos, se toma en consideración la calidad de vida del usuario, del medio ambiente y el sector. Entendiendo el desarrollo urbano previo y actual de esta parte de la ciudad; también debemos entender como empieza a funcionar la nueva vida cotidiana por el covid19. Durante la pandemia se dio a conocer el rol tan importante que cumplen las viviendas en nuestro día a día, dándonos cuenta la jerarquía de los espacios internos y externos de nuestros hogares. La necesidad por los espacios abiertos aumentó por el incremento de tiempo que pasamos dentro de las viviendas. En este modelo de vivienda se combinan las necesidades de espacios internos y externos, tanto como los espacios privados y sociales. Dentro de este plan de vivienda también se desarrolla un paisaje óptimo para demostrar la importancia de los espacios verdes en la ciudad, la sociedad y el medio ambiente. This social housing project for Quitumbe aims to demonstrate how minimum housing can be decent for its users so that their needs are also taken into account. A great focus is made towards the beginning of Quitumbe to rescue historical values, the quality of life of the user, the environment and the sector is taken into consideration. Understanding the previous and current urban development of this part of the city; We must also understand how the new daily life begins to work due to covid19. During the pandemic, the important role that homes play in our day to day became known, realizing the hierarchy of the internal and external spaces of our homes. The need for open spaces increased due to the increase in time we spend inside homes. In this housing model, the needs of internal and external spaces are combined, as well as private and social spaces. Within this housing plan, an optimal landscape is also developed to demonstrate the importance of green spaces in the city, society and the environment.
