Intervención paisajística en el cerro “tres cruces” para la creación de áreas recreativas conectadas a un recorrido escénico

Abstract

El presente escrito muestra el diseño de una propuesta urbano paisajista, emplazada en el encaje micro que comprende el cerro “Tres Cruces” y la colina “El Tejar”. Esta propuesta esta desarrollada a partir de una valoración de paisaje y el análisis de elementos del área de intervención. La finalidad del proyecto es exponer el valor paisajístico del cerro "Tres Cruces" y de los paisajes que lo circundan, así como también resolver los conflictos que esta área posee mediante una propuesta coherente con el entorno, amigable con el medio ambiente y que dialogue con los accidentes topográficos del cerro. Las acciones paisajísticas tomadas en el desarrollo de la propuesta se obtienen a partir de la valoración de las unidades que conforman el paisaje de Zamora, obteniendo tanto objetivos como estrategias de diseño acorde al contexto urbano y natural al cual está sometido el Cerro.This writing shows the design of an urban landscape proposal, located in the micro insert that includes the hill “Tres Cruces” and the hill “El Tejar”. This proposal is developed from a landscape assessment and the analysis of elements of the intervention area. The purpose of the project is to expose the landscape value of the hill "TresCruces" and the landscapes that surround it, as well as to resolve the conflicts that this area has through a proposal that is coherent with the environment, friendly with the environment and that dialogue with the topographic features of the hill.The landscape actions taken in the development of the proposal are obtained from the valuation of the units that make up the landscape of Zamora, obtaining both objectives and design strategies according to the urban and natural context to which the Hill is subjected.
