Intervención del mercado municipal de Malacatos, en el cantón y provincia de Loja

Abstract

El actual mercado municipal Malacatos fue construido en el año 1986, en la administración del alcalde Dr. Bolívar Guerrero Armijos, debido al crecimiento de la población hizo que se construyera la nueva infraestructura que respondía a sus necesidades espaciales, la parroquia contaba con una población de 6 038 habitantes según (INEC, 1990), en la actualidad esta población ronda las 8 500 personas con una tasa de crecimiento anual de 1,6 %. El Mercado municipal Malacatos está situado en el centro de la parroquia, en un terreno de 1 147,8496 m2 dentro de la propuesta se genera la ampliación de dicha infraestructura obteniendo un área disponible de 1 716,731 m2, donde se plantea los espacios necesarios para un Mercado salubre y confortable para bienestar de los comerciantes y consumidores. Se propone la reubicación de la feria libre integrándolo al mercado para eliminar problemas generados por la ubicación actual. La propuesta proyecta una infraestructura que sea funcional, tomando en cuenta las necesidades de los usuarios y las actividades que realiza la población para la interacción social y económica de la parroquia con el objetivo de satisfacer las demandas actuales y futuras de la parroquia Malacatos.

The current municipal market Malacatos was built in 1986, in the administration of the mayor Dr. Bolivar Guerrero Armijos, due to the population growth caused to build the new infrastructure that responded to their spatial needs, the parish had a population of 6,038 inhabitants according to (INEC, 1990), at present this population is around 8,500 people with an annual growth rate of 1.6%. The Municipal Market Malacatos is located in the center of the parish, on a plot of 1,147.8496 m2. Within the proposal the expansion of said infrastructure is generated, obtaining an available area of 1733.3268 m2, where the necessary spaces for a healthy market are considered. and comfortable for the well-being of merchants and consumers. It is proposed the relocation of the free fair integrating it to the market to eliminate problems generated by the current location. The proposal projects an infrastructure that is functional, taking into account the needs of the users and the activities carried out by the population for the social and economic interaction of the parish in order to meet the current and future demands of the Malacatos parish.
