Solución habitacional, con la Reinterpretación de la técnica de adobe Mejorado, estudio de caso en la parroquia Rural de Zumbahua

Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de carrera tiene como objetivo reinterpretar una técnica constructiva milenaria a base de tierra, practicada en la comunidad de Zumbahua. Actualmente, el adobe mejorado es estabilizado con cemento puzzolánico bajo una nueva visión y concepción constructiva. La nueva reinterpretación de materialidad moderna nos dará como resultado muros de mampostería confinada portantes, ya que proporcionan tecnologías actuales y sobre todo exponen un nuevo estilo de habitabilidad, tanto en el aspecto cultural, social y paisajístico, involucrando a la comunidad y a la naturaleza, con un ambiente recreativo, productivo y de descanso. En Zumbahua existe un desapego por la realidad constructiva de la zona, al proponer una solución habitacional con estas nuevas concepciones constructivas, aseguramos el aspecto paisajístico del sitio y el bajo impacto ambiental, por otro lado, la propuesta busca mimetizar los sistemas constructivos, materiales, colores, texturas y formas en el entorno, para así obtener viviendas que satisfagan las necesidades de los usuarios y la relación con el paisaje. El proyecto propone un diseño de cuatro tipologías de vivienda, con el concepto de conexión y modelo constructivo para la ciudad, se toma como punto de partida conceptual los cuatro elementos de la naturaleza: aire, fuego, tierra y agua para lograr una composición armoniosa arquitectónica y urbanística.

The objective of this final thesis is to reinterpret a thousand-year-old building technique based on land, practiced in the community of Zumbahua. Currently, the improved adobe is stabilized with puzzolanic cement under a new vision and constructive conception. The new reinterpretation of modern materiality will result in bearing walls of confined masonry, as they provide current technologies and above all exhibit a new style of habitability, both culturally, socially and landscaping, involving the community and nature, with a recreational, productive and restful environment. In Zumbahua there is a detachment for the constructive reality of the area, by proposing a housing solution with these new constructive conceptions, we ensure the landscape aspect of the site and the low environmental impact, on the other hand, the proposal seeks to mimic the construction systems, materials, colors, textures and shapes in the environment, in order to obtain homes that meet the needs of users and the relationship with the landscape. The project proposes a design of four types of housing, with the concept of connection and building model for the city, is taken as a conceptual starting point the four elements of nature: air, fire, earth and water to achieve a harmonious architectural composition and urban.
