Estudio de los procesos técnicos de peritajes en la accidentabilidad vehicular en el distrito metropolitano de Quito

Abstract

En nuestra población ocurren todos los días accidentes de tránsito, parte de estos accidentes no van más allá de daños materiales, pero existen otros siniestros donde existen personas afectadas físicamente, incluso algunas sin vida; en estos casos requieren de una investigación minuciosa para determinar culpabilidad. El inicio de la investigación del accidente es partir por los testimonios de los participantes seguidamente por los testigos, pero esto no siempre es confiable ya que son interpretaciones subjetivas del hecho. Por tal razón se necesita de un estudio técnico donde se pueda corroborar o refutar dichos testimonios. In our population car accidents happen all days, part of these accidents only have consequences like material damages, others involve people that are affected physically or lose their lives; in these cases it requires of a thorough investigation to determinate who has the guilty.
