Plan de negocios para la creación de una Agencia Asesora Productora de Seguros en la ciudad de Quito para el año 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN EJECUTIVO

Este proyecto se basa en la propuesta para un PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA AGENCIA ASESORA PRODUCTORA DE SEGUROS EN LA CIUDAD DE QUITO PARA EL AÑO 2016, el mismo que se basó en una investigación teórica y práctica que permitió determinar las mejores condiciones que favorecieran al presente negocio. En este proyecto se ha podido determinar que la ciudad de Quito es un mercado en crecimiento donde existe la posibilidad de encontrar nuevos y potenciales clientes; por lo que se dedicará en principio a la comercialización de seguros individuales en el ramo de vehículos. Dentro del Plan de Negocios, también se muestran estrategias para el funcionamiento correcto del negocio, que permitieran la viabilidad de crear la empresa y la subsistencia de ésta en el mercado asegurador. En la industria de los seguros, a la cual deseamos incursionar hay un gran número de competidores operando, sin embargo, esta empresa se enfocará en ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio y asesoría especializada; y teniendo nuevos productos que se ajusten a las necesidades reales de las personas; con esto se conseguirá un gran número de clientes, lo que permitirá posicionarnos rápidamente en este mercado. Es importante mencionar que para empezar las operaciones se contará con todos los permisos de funcionamiento así como con las credenciales aprobadas por el ente regulador que es la Superintendencia de Bancos, a fin de poder trabajar en un inicio en el ramo vehículos y luego ir expandiéndonos en otros ramos. This project is based on a proposal for a BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE CREATION OF A CONSULTANT PRODUCER OF INSURANCE IN QUITO AGENCY FOR THE YEAR 2016, the same that was based on a theoretical and practical research that allowed us to determine the best conditions favored to this business. This project has been determined that the city of Quito is a growing market where there is the possibility of finding new and potential customers; so it will be dedicated in principle to the individual insurance market in the field of vehicles.

Within the Business Plan strategies for the proper functioning of the business that allow the feasibility of establishing the company and the subsistence of this in the insurance market are also shown.

In the insurance industry, which want to venture a large number of competitors operate, however, the company will focus on providing our customers a service and expert advice; and having new products that meet the real needs of people; with this a large number of customers will be achieved, which will quickly position ourselves in this market.

It is important to mention that to start operations will have all operating permits and with the credentials approved by the regulator which is the Superintendency of Banks, in order to work initially in the field vehicles and then go expand into other classes.
