Estudio administrativo para la implementación de un taller automotriz para la compañia de transportes San José de Cocotog

Abstract

El propósito del presente es contribuir con la compañía San José de Cocotog con un estudio administrativo para la implementación de un taller automotriz, debido que en la actualidad la empresa consta con 14 unidades los cuales realizan sus mantenimientos sin ningún tipo de planificación y técnica lo que conlleva a que estos tengan paros innecesarios, perdidas económicas y no cumplan con sus frecuencias establecidas ante la comunidad del sector. También se ha logrado constatar que los gastos por mantenimiento automotriz de los vehículos son altos, lo que los accionistas de esta compañía podrían es crear su propia empresa automotriz para su propio bienestar. Se ha estudiado la forma estructural de la empresa y sus funciones de los integrantes y se ha llegado a la conclusión que no hay un ente que se encargue de la parte operativa que controle cual es el momento más adecuado para parar el vehículo para realizar los mantenimientos respectivos, se ha realizado un manual de puestos que indica las responsabilidades de las personas que colaboraran en el taller automotriz además para un mayor aporte a la compañía y cuando se implemente el taller se ha realizado un manual que cuenta en que tiempo y cuáles son los principales mantenimientos a realizar según sus vehículos, Se ha realizado un análisis de inversión donde detallan las inversiones más convenientes a realizar y si es beneficioso realizar este proyecto.

There has also been found that auto maintenance expenses of vehicles are high, the shareholders of this company could start their own business is automotive for your own welfare. The structural form of the company and its members none meets functions of control and maintenance of the vehicles, the principal finding was realize the manual of personal indicating the responsibilities of persons who collaborate in the automotive mechanic. in this document has a manual of maintenance which details the better form and main maintenance requiring vehicles to individual and mileage, taking into account the brand of the vehicle and its current work, achieving prolong the useful life of the mechanical parts of the vehicle. Its investigated the strategic place to place the workshop of the company, what your costs, because as a company is going to invest the assets of the company shareholders.
