Desarrollo de un Plan de Negocio Orientado a la Creación de una empresa productora de iniciadores de fuego hecho a base de aserrín

Abstract

El aserrín es el desperdicio del proceso de serrado de la madera, que consiste en partículas o polvillo que se generan al cortar la madera con una sierra, en algunas ocasiones si no se le da un uso especial puede provocar afectaciones a la salud de tal manera que el presente proyecto de tesis tuvo como objetivo aplicar la economía circular con un enfoque productivo hacia atrás utilizando como materia prima el aserrir para crear un iniciador de fuego para carbón o leña, de tal manera que para cumplir con este objetivo se realizó un estudio de mercado en donde la aceptación de la propuesta de valor innovadora fue de un 80% , cabe recalcar que la población objetivo fue las familias que gustan hacer parrilladas amantes por el cuidado del medio ambiente de la ciudad e Quito y Latacunga, posterior se analizó la capacidad instalada siendo que dos artesanas pueden elaborar 48 encendedores en una hora, dando un total de encendedores al año de 7680 docenas o 38400 empaques de 3 unidades; se realizó el cálculodel VAN y la TIR siendo ambas positivas, mayores al WACC, lo cual muestra que es un proyecto rentableSawdust is the waste from the wood sawing process, which consists of particles or dust that are generated when cutting wood with a saw.
