Análisis de los Inyectores Electrónicos Bosch del Sistema Common Rail Utilizando el Software Techtool en Excavadoras de Orugas

Abstract

En el trabajo presentado se demuestra cómo se debe realizar el diagnostico de un inyector electrónico del sistema de inyección diésel common rail en la excavadora de orugas, para aquello se planteó utilizar el software de diagnóstico Techtool, equipo que sirve para realizar el diagnóstico integral de todos los componentes electrónicos del motor y del sistema hidráulico de la máquina escogida para el análisis, en este caso nos enfocamos específicamente en los inyectores electrónicos que posee el motor de la excavadora. Lo descrito en el primer capítulo se relaciona el problema de investigación; aquí se sistematiza todo el planteamiento para ser desarrollado el tema denominado “Análisis de los Inyectores Electrónicos Bosch del Sistema Common Rail Utilizando el Software Techtool en Excavadoras de Orugas”, además se plantean los objetivos a alcanzar tomando como base la problemática planteada; en el desarrollo del segundo capítulo se estableció la recopilación de la teoría del funcionamiento del sistema de inyección de diésel, se hizo énfasis en la descripción del inyector, debido a que fue en elemento a analizar de forma exclusiva...In the work presented, it is shown how the diagnosis of an electronic injector of the common rail diesel injection system in the crawler excavator should be carried out, for that we propose to use the Techtool diagnostic software, equipment that serves to perform the integral diagnosis of all the electronic components of the engine and the hydraulic system of the machine chosen for the analysis, in this case we focus specifically on the electronic injectors that the excavator engine has.
