Análisis de riesgo a la seguridad ciudadana por el uso de armas de fuego en actos de sicariato en Socio Vivienda II del Cantón Guayaquil, en el último trimestre del 2021

Abstract

El presente artículo científico da a conocer el análisis de riesgo a la seguridad ciudadana por el uso de armas de fuego en actos de sicariato en Socio Vivienda II del cantón Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas. La investigación realizada y posterior análisis de datos, se complementó con la información obtenida de las instituciones públicas encargadas de resolver este tipo de delitos en nuestro país como son la Policía Nacional del Ecuador y la Dirección Nacional de Investigación de Delitos Contra la Vida, Muertes Violentas, Desapariciones, Secuestro y Extorsión (DINASED). Así como también la utilización y manejo de los datos actualizados de las muertes violentas ocurridas bajo la modalidad de sicariato. En cuanto a la metodología aplicada, se debe mencionar que se la realizó en campo el estudio mediante el método inductivo y deductivo, el cual permite trabajar con una muestra de la población que habita en este sector ubicado al noroeste de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Además, se empleó una encuesta estructurada, la cual fue realizada de modo virtual a la muestra de habitantes que residen en este sector dado que es catalogado como uno de los más peligrosos de la ciudad, razón por la cual la opinión de sus pobladores puede ser considerada fundamental para esta investigación. La información lograda fue debidamente tabulada y se presenta a través de cuadros y gráficos correspondientes, los cuales facilitan el análisis de cada una de las preguntas centrándonos en aquellas que guardan relación precisa con el tema a tratar. Los resultados obtenidos nos permiten establecer una discusión acerca del riesgo a la seguridad ciudadana partiendo de la opinión de los pobladores. Finalmente, se elaboran las conclusiones respectivas según lo comprendido durante la investigación. The present scientific article makes known the analysis of risk to citizen security due to the use of firearms in acts of sicariato in Socio Vivienda II of the Guayaquil corner, province of Guayas. The investigation carried out and subsequent data analysis were complemented with information obtained from public institutions in charge of resolving this type of crime in our country, such as the National Police of Ecuador and the National Directorate of Investigation of Crimes Against Life, Violent Death, Kidnapping and Extortion (DINASED). Also, the use and management of the updated data of the violent deaths that occurred under the sicariato modality. As for the applied methodology, it should be mentioned that the study was carried out in the field by means of the inductive and deductive method, which allows working with a sample of the population that inhabits this sector located in the northwest of the city of Guayaquil. In addition, a structured survey was carried out, which was carried out virtually to the sample of inhabitants residing in this sector given that it is cataloged as one of the most dangerous in the city, reason why the opinion of its inhabitants can be considered essential for this investigation. The information obtained was duly tabulated and presented through tables and corresponding graphs, which facilitate the analysis of each one of the questions, centering us on those that have a precise relationship with the subject to be treated. The results obtained allow us to establish a discussion about the risk to citizen security based on the opinion of the population. Finally, the respective conclusions are elaborated according to what was understood during the investigation.
