Diseñar un plan de medidas mitigadoras para evitar la afluencia y anidación de aves en las inmediaciones del aeropuerto general Eloy Alfaro de manta, basado en la norma iso 31000:2018

Abstract

Dentro de los archivos menciona que “el documento 9137 Parte 3 de OACI, define peligro como aquella situación que, en determinadas circunstancias, puede conducir a que se produzca un suceso, el cuál tenga como consecuencia algún daño. En el contexto de Peligro Aviario, como se ha denominado recientemente, dicho peligro sería la presencia de determinadas aves en el aeródromo o sus inmediaciones, así como también las condiciones atractivas en el entorno que pueden favorecer la presencia de fauna en el aeropuerto y áreas circunvecinas” (Ferreiras, 2020). Por tal razón las aeronaves se verán afectadas con presencia de fauna en los aeropuertos especialmente de aves y varias de las afectaciones son representativas e importantes como las siguientes: • Pérdidas económicas y perdida de aviones. • Afectación en el entrenamiento de los pilotos, al no existir aeronaves suficientes. • Podría ocasionar catástrofes aéreas en las cuáles puede estar inmerso las pérdidas de vidas humanas. El “Ala de Combate Nro.23” (FAE, ECUADOR, 2022), menciona que cumple misiones de volar a diario, de esta manera garantiza la soberanía del Espacio Aéreo, donde lo realizan tanto en el día como en la noche, por lo que diseñar o mejorar las medidas mitigadoras para evitar que las aves sobrevuelen o aniden en las inmediaciones del aeropuerto es sumamente importante, porque se contribuye a la seguridad de las operaciones aéreas, garantizando que cada despegue y aterrizaje se pueda realizar con altos márgenes de seguridad, enfocado principalmente a evitar o disminuir el riesgo de sufrir un impacto con aves. The effects on flight operations are many, among the most representative and important are the following: • Economic losses and loss of aircraft. • Affectation in the training of pilots, since there are not enough aircraft. • It could cause air disasters in which the loss of human life may be involved. The 23rd Combat Wing performs flight missions on a daily basis, which serve to guarantee the sovereignty of the Airspace, where they do so both during the day and at night, for which reason they design or improve mitigating measures to prevent the birds fly over or nest in the vicinity of the airport is extremely important, because it contributes to the safety of air operations, guaranteeing that each takeoff and landing can be carried out with high safety margins, focused mainly on avoiding or reducing the risk of suffering a bird strike.
