Análisis del proceso de abastecimiento de combustible en el terminal Ambato de Petroecuador para la propuesta de mejoramiento de la cadena de suministros

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo el análisis del proceso de Abastecimiento de combustible de Derivados del Petróleo y sus Mezclas con Biocombustible dentro del Terminal de la ciudad Ambato de la EP Petroecuador, donde se investigarán y determinarán las principales razones y desconformidades que presentan los clientes a la hora de realizar el retiro de combustible del Terminal mencionado anteriormente. Así mismo, se realizará la simulación de los procedimientos actuales con datos reales y se realizaran simulaciones automatizadas para mejorar los cuellos de botella y tiempos muertos que presenta actualmente el área operativa a investigar. Debido a la confidencialidad de los datos e información estratégica de la empresa, el presente estudio tiene sus limitaciones y por lo tanto se generan supuestos que serán detallados para que la herramienta a futuro pueda ser utilizada, evaluada y mejorada según amerite. The objective of this work is to analyze the process of Fuel Supply of Petroleum Derivatives and their Mixtures with Biofuel within the Ambato City Terminal of EP Petroecuador, where the main reasons and disagreements presented by customers to customers will be investigated and determined. the time to make the withdrawal of fuel from the Terminal mentioned above. Likewise, the simulation of the current procedures will be carried out with real data and automated simulations will be carried out to improve the bottlenecks and dead times currently presented by the operational area to be investigated. Due to the confidentiality of the data and strategic information of the company, this study has its limitations and therefore assumptions are generated that will be detailed so that the tool can be used, evaluated and improved as needed in the future.
