Diseño arquitectónico de un prototipo de vivienda progresiva de interés social para Carigán alto en la ciudad de Loja aplicando el sistema Steel Framing

Abstract

Habitar es la manera en que las personas se identifican con el entorno y se relacionan con los objetos y el espacio. Más que un lugar físico, es un ambiente en donde se consolida la familia. Los proyectos sociales van dirigidos a un grupo de personas específico que de alguna manera no puedan acceder a una vivienda fácilmente. Naturalmente, las familias van creciendo y evolucionando económicamente con el tiempo, generando una necesidad de crecimiento del espacio físico. El desarrollo progresivo de la vivienda permite a los usuarios, planificar desde la etapa inicial una proyección a futuro para adaptar sus espacios. En busca de reducir costos y tiempo de construcción para beneficio de las familias, nace la búsqueda de un sistema constructivo diferente al tradicional. El sistema constructivo Steel Framing se conforma por perfiles de acero galvanizado, que permiten una gran flexibilidad por la facilidad de montaje, lo que permite que la vivienda pueda expandirse y adaptarse después de construida. El desarrollo progresivo y el Steel Framing son compatibles ya que la progresividad necesita de tecnologías de fácil manipulación y ejecución, características presentes en el Steel Framing. Existen 202 familias en Carigán alto que no pueden gozar de una vivienda digna y apta por la falta de intervención en el terreno destinado para sus viviendas. Se plantea el diseño de una tipología de vivienda progresiva mediante Steel Framing para que puedan obtener un espacio que, no solamente sea habitable, sino también, que les presente oportunidades y accesibilidad a una vivienda digna y completa sin importar su situación económica, y que, además, tenga la capacidad de adaptarse espacialmente al crecimiento de las familias. Naturally, families grow and evolve economically over time, generating a need for the physical space to grow. Progressive development of houses allows users to plan from the initial stage a future projection to adapt their homes. In search of reducing costs and construction time for the benefit of families, the search for a construction system different from the traditional one was born. The Steel Framing construction system is made up of galvanized steel profiles, which allow great flexibility due to the ease of assembly, allowing the house to expand and adapt after it has been built. Progressive development and Steel Framing are compatible because progressiveness requires technologies that are easy to handle and execute, characteristics present in Steel Framing. There are 202 families in Carigán Alto who cannot enjoy decent and suitable housing due to the lack of intervention in the land destined for their homes. The design of a progressive housing typology using Steel Framing is proposed so that they can obtain a space that is not only habitable, but also presents them with opportunities and accessibility to decent and complete housing regardless of their economic situation, and also has the ability to adapt spatially to the growth of families.
